- Teamwork: Collaborate with other bartenders and servers to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
- Certifications: TIPS certification and/or other relevant certifications.
