Insurance Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
- Meet mutually agreed upon marketing goals and contribute to the growth and success of our team.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Currently hold a Property and Casualty License and able to obtain a Life/Health License.
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals and contribute to the growth and success of our team.
