We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Control Manager to join our team at Anastasia Beverly Hills. As a key member of our distribution center operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all inventory control functions, data analysis, and Assembly movements and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Manage key inventory metrics, including Total Inventory, Expiry, Excess, and Obsolete (E&O), to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Inventory Optimization: Partner with Customer Operations, Sales, and Marketing to identify opportunities to deplete non-productive inventory and implement strategies to improve inventory turnover.
- Inventory Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve physical inventory discrepancies, ensuring alignment between our inventory system and physical inventory.
- Inventory Reporting: Analyze and report on inventory activities and variances, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Inventory Control Methodologies: Identify, maintain, and monitor inventory control methodologies for continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train inventory staff, develop and implement training programs to improve efficiency and accuracy, and lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
- Experience: 5+ years of management experience in distribution center/warehouse operations, with a focus on inventory control.
- Skills: Advanced analytics capabilities, Excel/data base, and Business intelligence skills, with experience using the Microsoft Suite, including intermediate ability with Excel.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Inventory Manager (CIM), are a plus.
Our distribution center is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
