Position Summary

The job title may be adjusted according to the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience for entry-level positions; 3+ years for senior roles in Structural Engineering.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
  • Possession of a California SE license is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in seismic design methodologies.
  • Experience with a variety of structural materials and project types.
  • Familiarity with Tilt-Up construction techniques is a plus.
  • Knowledge of applicable codes and standards for major construction projects in California.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to oversee small to large-scale projects and manage engineering teams effectively.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with Mass Timber structures.
  • Background in Seismic Retrofit projects.
  • Expertise in designing Parking Structures.
  • Experience in educational institution projects.
  • Involvement in Health Care facility projects.
  • Experience with High-rise buildings.
  • Knowledge of concrete and steel structural systems.
