Job Overview
Stephens Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by processing and issuing various insurance-related documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process endorsement requests, including binding new and renewal business, issuing certificates, and auto ID cards.
  • Prepare and issue pre-renewal summaries.
  • Order loss runs and prepare premium and loss summaries.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the account team, including the Account Manager and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized schooling in this specific skill area.
  • Three years of experience interacting with agents, insurance companies, and policyholders.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Stephens Insurance offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
