Job Summary
Samaritan Keep Home Watertown is seeking a skilled Long Term Care RN to join their team. As a Registered Nurse - LTC, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including progress notes and medication administration.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in long term care settings, preferably with geriatric patients.
- Valid RN licensure in New York State.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
