- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-ups as necessary.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
As a member of the Agent's team, you will receive:
- Hourly wage along with commission and bonuses.
- Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the role that insurance and financial products play in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Capability to present information effectively to potential clients.
- Timely and comprehensive reporting of activities to the agent.
- Experience in marketing is advantageous.
- Aptitude for conducting interviews both in the office and at clients' locations.
- Ability to connect effectively with customers.
- Knowledge of life insurance products.
- Current Life and Health license is required.
