Job Overview

The Sports Coordinator is a key role at i9 Sports, responsible for leading athletes and providing expert instruction in their designated sport. This position is crucial in delivering the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values, confidence, and good morals
• Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and loves to work with children
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
• Must be energetic, well-spoken, and have a positive attitude
