About the Role

This position involves teaching science to students in DYS programs across Massachusetts. Our organization provides personalized and engaging education to youth, and we're seeking licensed or aspiring educators who share our passion for making a difference.

We welcome candidates with experience working with at-risk students or those seeking to change their careers and become certified teachers. The ideal candidate should be able to teach extra subjects if required.

Our Approach

We have small class sizes of up to 15 students, with an average of 5 students per class. Our instruction team is diverse, consisting of General Education, Special Education, Art, Physical Education, Horticulture, Vocational, Literacy, and ELL teachers.

Our students come from diverse backgrounds and require individualized support. We value social justice, equity, compassion, patience, and flexibility in our educators. The salary range for this position is $55,329-$78,363.
