  • Conduct end-of-day cashiering responsibilities, including reports and daily work, ensuring timely processing of deposits, petty cash, and daily balancing.
  • Maintain precise recordkeeping, system entries, and updates. Process vendor invoices and general administrative transactions while coordinating with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Review and manage tax exemption certificates, ensuring compliance with sales and use tax regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of processes, monitoring for errors and achieving daily fund balancing while striving for customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative support is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, is preferred.
  • Ability to efficiently and accurately process financial and administrative transactions.
  • Proficiency in operating office equipment such as calculators, fax machines, and copiers.
  • Willingness to learn state tax laws relevant to material transactions is preferred.
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered qualifying.

Compensation and Benefits

  • This is a temp-to-hire position with a starting pay rate of $16.56/hour during the temporary orientation period, transitioning to $17.07/hour after 85 days, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
