Anesthesiology physicians can expect a guaranteed starting salary of $535K to $555K, with an annual incentive bonus of $50K. This results in a proven annual income of up to $605,500. The compensation package includes salary and annual incentives, such as a benefit adjustment of $13,570, supplemented CME of $6,000, cell phone allowance of $960, and pension plan contributions of $46,457 annually. Additionally, up to $40,000 annually is available for incentivized clinical income, unused sick days are paid out, and an end-of-year productivity bonus is included. The package also includes $15,000 for sign-on and relocation.
Work-Life BalanceThe hospital offers 29 days of PTO and 14 days of CME, providing a comprehensive work-life balance. The facility also offers a comprehensive full benefits package, including a retirement plan with a 10% employer contribution and vested rights from the start.
Responsibilities and Facility DetailsAnesthesiology physicians will work in an academic hospital with a full spectrum of case-mix. The hospital has 8 fellow-trained anesthesiologists, 15 CRNAs, and 33 residents. The call rotation is 1:6, with pre- and post-call day off.
Qualifications and SkillsAnesthesiology physicians must be board-certified and have a strong skill set. New graduates and experienced providers are welcome to apply.
