OTR Driver Job Description

Michels Corporation is seeking a skilled OTR Driver to join our team. As an OTR Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting oversized and overweight materials and construction equipment to and from sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate your vehicle in compliance with company rules and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Transport oversized and overweight materials and construction equipment as needed.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Heavy construction driving experience (desired).
  • Recent work experience hauling oversized and overweight heavy equipment on a lowboy, flatbed, or step-deck trailers (desired).
  • Experience operating heavy construction equipment (desired).
  • A valid Class A driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
  • A valid medical card.
  • Hazardous materials and tanker endorsements (or ability to obtain).
