We operate over 30 facilities across 7 states, providing comprehensive treatment programs for patients struggling with eating disorders, mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to individuals and families affected by these conditions.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, utilizing your nursing expertise to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. In addition, we provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to support your growth and success in your role.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current RN license, 2+ years of relevant nursing experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
