We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Tri-County Therapy, LLC.

As a pediatric therapy company, we provide quality therapy services for children from birth to 18 years old. Our mission is to empower our team members to bring their unique differences to work and achieve their full innovative potential.

We offer a multi-disciplinary approach with speech, occupational, aquatic, and physical therapy services. Our clinics are located in various South Carolina cities, including Charleston, Ladson, Mount Pleasant, Greenville, and Anderson. We also provide therapy in the natural environment, including homes, the community, and preschools.

The ideal candidate will have previous pediatric experience, be actively licensed in South Carolina, and possess experience with AAC & Feeding. We offer a competitive salary, bonus commission pay structure, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 401k retirement plan contributions, and paid time off.

Job Requirements:

  • Active licensure in South Carolina
  • Previous pediatric experience
  • AAC & Feeding experience preferred

Full-Time Compensation Package:

  • Salary + bonus commission pay structure
  • Salaries range from $60,000-$85,000+ dependent upon experience and productivity
