About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Auto Collision Estimator to join our team at Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Port Neches, TX. As an experienced estimator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive accurate and efficient estimates for repairs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write detailed and accurate estimates for vehicle repairs.
  • Coordinate with customers and other team members to ensure seamless repair processes.
  • Review and verify estimates to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status and expectations.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in auto collision estimating.
  • Prior experience working with CCCOne is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Average salary range: $60,000 - $111,000 per year (dependent on experience).
  • Quarterly production bonus opportunities.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.

Working Environment:

  • Work in a professional office environment and non-climate-controlled shop setting.
  • May require standing, walking, bending, or stooping for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
