Ultrasound Technologist

The Ultrasound Technologist operates ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images of designated body parts under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Assess emergency situations accurately and think independently
- Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures on a variety of patients
- Utilize sterile techniques and assist physicians as necessary
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related profession
- ARDMS or ARRT Registry in Ultrasound at time of hire
- Vascular Ultrasound Registry from either ARDMS, ARRT or CCI required upon hire
- 12 months previous experience in ultrasound
