We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Specialist to join our maintenance team. This role involves making a difference in the lives of residents by maintaining the cleanliness of apartments and common areas.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with residents and staff.

**Job Responsibilities:**
  1. Cleaning resident rooms and common areas, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
  2. Maintaining the housekeeping cart by keeping it clean, stocked, and labeled
  3. Assisting with related duties as needed, such as laundry or spill cleanup
  4. Communicating effectively with residents and staff
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
