Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in concrete polishing, epoxy/urethane flooring, and/or LVT/VCT installation, and be willing to travel and work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Responsibilities- Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety rules and regulations
- Proper use of equipment and materials
- Meet and exceed production targets
- Input timely hours
- Concrete polishing, epoxy/urethane flooring, and/or LVT/VCT installation experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test
- Competitive pay rate of $19-$27/hour dependent upon experience
