Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Castle Megastore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting the management team in the sales, customer engagement, and operation of our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Support the management team in the sales, customer engagement, and operation of our stores
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1 year experience in retail leadership role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues in person and via email
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
