Job Description / Essential Elements

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Varsity Girls Soccer Coach to lead our El Camino High School team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soccer coaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.

  • Demonstrate three years of successful experience as a high school coach or equivalent experience as a player or club coach.
  • Knowledge of fundamental skills and techniques, as well as advanced techniques in the sport.
  • Ability to teach, enforce, advocate, and model appropriate behavior, character traits, and educational values to student-athletes.
  • Successful ability to teach, organize, and supervise student-athletes.
  • Excellent management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with parent groups, administrators, staff, and students.
  • Current CPR/First Aid, NFHS, or ASEP certification.
Requirements / Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Three years of successful experience as a high school coach or equivalent experience as a player or club coach.
