Portsmouth Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Surgical Unit team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and quality of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 90 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree.
