About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Fiberglass Technician to join our team at Elwood Staffing. As a Fiberglass Technician, you will be responsible for working with a team to build commercial furniture in the fiberglass department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of fiberglass products
- Work with a team to meet production deadlines and quality standards
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks on finished products
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Manufacturing experience required
- Ability to lift 60lbs consistently
- Able to work 10 and 12 hour shifts
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic shop math
- Attention to detail and enjoys working with team
What We Offer
