Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, deliver exceptional armed security services to our clientele.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a High School Graduate or possess a GED.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Hold a valid armed security officer work card issued by the State of Nevada.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, including a credit evaluation.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, or military roles.
  • At least 1 year of experience in carrying a firearm while performing professional duties.
  • Must receive personal approval from the owner to carry a firearm while executing NCI responsibilities.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and adapt to job assignments on short notice.
  • Ability to travel to various job sites punctually.
  • Capable of remaining on-site during short notice extensions until properly relieved.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders, and defend oneself or others from physical threats.
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive three-tier interview process.
  • During the interview process:
    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the laws regarding private person arrests.
    • Exhibit a solid grasp of legal force application principles.
    • Show the ability to make sound decisions and apply ethical judgment.
    • Display knowledge of basic physical security concepts and principles.
    • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English clearly and accurately.
    • Exhibit a willingness and ability to collaborate with others and engage with diverse populations.
    • Successfully complete a 90-day worker orientation period.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Nevada Concealed Carry Firearm Permit.
  • Willingness to apply for a Nevada Concealed Carry Firearms permit within the first 6 months of employment.
  • Ability to provide evidence of formal training in areas related to security operations, including but not limited to, laws of arrest, use of force, organized security principles, P.O.S.T. certifications, tactics, interrogation techniques, report writing, executive protection, surveillance, hostage negotiation, and investigations.
  • Formal education from workshops, technical training courses, or academic institutions.
