Job Summary

The Mobile Service Technician is a key member of our team at Bartow Ford, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. This role requires a strong ability to diagnose and repair customer vehicles using state-of-the-art technology, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance services in compliance with industry and manufacturer standards
  • Perform road tests to diagnose and repair customer vehicles
  • Ability to use and learn new computer diagnostic and repair information systems
  • Completes all paperwork and payments each day
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the mobile van at all times
Requirements
  • Must submit to a background check and drug test
  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
  • At least 18 years of age
  • At least 3 years as a Service Technician
  • Proficiency in automotive diagnostic systems, and computer repair information systems
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
