Salary and BenefitsThe estimated hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Job DescriptionAs a Bakery Specialist - Decorative Arts, you will drive member service in your area, delivering what they love for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 6 months' experience in fresh production areas
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Plan bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs
- Work with a variety of products (e.g., decorating bags, tips, nozzles) to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
