About the Registered Nurse Position

We are searching for an experienced RN to join our dynamic team at NIT, where you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of your patients.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our team to deliver excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments of patients and their families to determine home care needs.
• Provide complete physical assessments and histories of current and previous illnesses.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure in the state of Iowa and CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s degree, with one year of home health care experience preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.
