Job Summary

This Senior Tax Accountant role involves working closely with management to prepare and review tax returns, conduct audit support, and assist with income tax provision.

  • Prepare and review domestic income tax compliance in Corptax.
  • Prepare international tax returns, such as Form 5471 and Form 8975.
  • Calculate quarterly state estimated corporate income tax returns and annual extensions.
  • Document book to tax differences and provide supporting documentation.
  • Support the income tax provision close process.
  • Ensure adherence to ASC 740 and other accounting pronouncements.
  • Forecast blended state rates and state NOL utilization.

Requirements and Skills
  • Minimum 4 years of tax experience.
  • Familiarity with US corporate tax compliance, GAAP, and relevant accounting standards.
  • Expertise in the consolidation and eliminations process, including corporate tax forms and disclosures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with income tax compliance software.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • CPA license and/or MBT degree highly desirable.
