Position Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will work on the development of business strategy and policy recommendations for our clients. Our professionals work on a broad range of substantive issues, including payment and delivery system transformation, health system and academic medical center strategy, Medicaid policy, Medicare policy, and digital health strategy. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of high-impact strategies, conducting research, presenting findings, monitoring federal and state health policy trends, and project management support.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration, public health, public administration, public policy, health administration, economics, or a related field from an accredited graduate program.
  • Two years or more of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of Medicaid policy being beneficial.
  • Relevant internships and/or lived experience, with a demonstrated interest in business strategy, health equity, and other healthcare trends.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, communication, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and collaborate with others.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Compensation

Compensation is based on years of relevant experience and advanced degrees, with a range of $130,000 to $165,000.
