Job Summary:

The Van Driver will provide safe and reliable transportation to and from facilities for clients/patients participating in provided programs. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide transportation to and from facilities for clients/patients participating in provided programs

Operate vehicles in accordance with company's vehicle use policy/procedures

Maintain a clean and safe vehicle at all times

Ensure the safety of clients/patients while transporting

Report any incidents or accidents to leadership immediately

Participate in all required meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must possess and maintain a valid Missouri Class E license

Must have a clean driving record and current vehicle insurance

Must be able to pass a background check including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect

Working Conditions:

The Van Driver will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with clients/patients, staff, and community agencies. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Van Driver must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
