Overview

We are looking for a Senior RF Systems Architect to become a key member of our team at Leidos. This position involves leveraging your extensive knowledge in RF and electronic design to create sophisticated RF systems that provide essential data to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead RF design initiatives, hardware development, algorithm creation, and analysis for various research, development, and operational projects.
  • Assess, choose, integrate, and evaluate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) RF components for intricate RF transceiver systems.
  • Facilitate the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through to production.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics with a minimum of 8 years of applicable experience.
  • Expertise in RF cascade analysis and digital signal processing (DSP) principles.
  • Excellent technical communication abilities and a proven track record of working both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with programming languages such as C++, Real-Time Operating Systems, Python, and Unix is advantageous but not mandatory.

Security Clearance Requirements:

Must be a US citizen and possess an active Final Top Secret clearance, with the capability to obtain TS/SCI with CI POLY.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $101,000 and $183,300. Compensation is influenced by various factors including responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and market conditions.
