eXcell is seeking a skilled Level 2 Desktop Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the continuity of computer systems for all users.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Manage and install telephone systems and other equipment
- Support mobile devices, including Apple and Samsung
- Develop and deliver training materials and procedures to users
- Log and track support calls in our incident management system
- Identify trends in support calls and develop documentation to address common issues
- Associate's degree or equivalent in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of related work experience
- Proficiency in MS Windows Desktop Operating Systems, MS Windows Server Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to support Apple and Android mobile phones
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
