eXcell is seeking a skilled Level 2 Desktop Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the continuity of computer systems for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Manage and install telephone systems and other equipment
  • Support mobile devices, including Apple and Samsung
  • Develop and deliver training materials and procedures to users
  • Log and track support calls in our incident management system
  • Identify trends in support calls and develop documentation to address common issues
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Windows Desktop Operating Systems, MS Windows Server Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to support Apple and Android mobile phones
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
