We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Trinity Health FirstChoice. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing various therapeutic procedures.

Job Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist will work in a dynamic environment, providing care to patients with respiratory conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in advanced practice procedures, such as operating balloon pumps and working in NICU. The Respiratory Therapist will also participate in orientation and training programs for staff and students.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional leadership in the delivery of patient care
  • Use AIDET principles when interfacing with patients
  • Manage up and communicate effectively with patients, families, and internal customers
  • Facilitate good rapport and cooperative relationships
  • Maintain safe respiratory therapy practices
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities of a Respiratory Therapist per AARC guidelines
Requirements:
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist with a license in the state(s) you will work
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, depending on specialty area
  • Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility
