- Design instructional materials (e.g., lesson plans, individualized instruction) to ensure all students are actively participating in their learning objectives.
- Develop and guide learning experiences in partnership with students, establishing classroom missions and learning goals that align with state and district standards.
- Assess individual and class performance through data analysis to adjust instructional strategies for improved outcomes.
- Implement best practices in instruction and resources to enhance student learning in alignment with educational standards.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree is required along with current teacher certification.
