About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at AHN Wexford Hospital. As a Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan individualized patient care plans, implementing and evaluating nursing care for patients undergoing Cardiac Cath Lab procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care and health services, promoting patient safety initiatives and participating in department-specific quality initiatives.
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, evaluate, and implement patient plans of care, deriving culturally and age-appropriate expected outcomes involving patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
  • Accept assignments in areas other than primary units, performing duties within individualized competency and demonstrating a commitment to continuous lifelong learning and professional development.
Requirements
  • Current State of PA RN licensure or Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
  • CPR certification.
  • Applied for practice permit.
  • Certification in area of specialty within 12 months of hire.
