Job Summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our plant, adhering to governmental and company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a master sanitation schedule to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of environmental control staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Implement and maintain an effective pest control program to prevent contamination and ensure product quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address sanitation and hygiene issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience in plant sanitation or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pest control and sanitation principles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; AIB certification or formal management training preferred.
