The incumbent plays a vital role in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to products, services, and general banking information. The representative will be well-versed in digital communication and will manage incoming customer interactions through various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Issue Resolution:
+ Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively resolving routine inquiries and challenges.
Product Expertise:
+ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the bank's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Sales Support:
+ Assist in promoting bank-wide product initiatives and sales campaigns.
+ Identify, close, and refer potential sales opportunities.
+ Contribute to the goals of the Customer Care department through personal performance.
Additional Responsibilities:
+ Facilitate onboarding processes for new customers.
+ Advocate for the Kennebunk Savings brand by promoting products and services while supporting community engagement.
+ Adhere to relevant organizational policies and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
+ Familiarity with basic internet functionality is preferred.

Experience:
+ A minimum of one year of relevant service experience is preferred.
