Overview

Directorthopedictherapy is seeking a skilled Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to enhance our dynamic practice model, which is supported by a network of over 250 primary care physicians.

We are in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon, fellowship trained in hand surgery, to develop a personalized hand practice within our established team of 14 specialists.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Directorthopedictherapy's mission of delivering comprehensive care for hand and wrist conditions. The selected surgeon will collaborate with our esteemed team of Orthopedic Surgeons to ensure the highest standards of patient-centered care.

The position offers the flexibility to cover multiple hospitals, allowing for the development of a robust clinic and case load. Candidates can expect a rapid ramp-up period and the potential for equity in a future orthopedic facility. This role is ideal for those looking to establish a leading hand clinic in a metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

  1. Patient Care:
    1. Assess and manage a variety of medical conditions.
    2. Create and execute detailed treatment plans.
    3. Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and histories.
  2. Communication:
    1. Engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
    2. Provide clear and concise medical information.
    3. Encourage a collaborative and patient-focused healthcare approach.
  3. Documentation:
    1. Maintain precise and current patient records.
    2. Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment strategies.
    3. Ensure adherence to coding and billing standards.
  4. Diagnostic Procedures:

Qualifications
