Aegis Worldwide is currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical or electrical trades and have experience in directing and leading a maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Direct and lead a maintenance team, ensuring effective performance of all required duties in an accurate, thorough, and safe manner.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and supplies, maintaining records and reports as necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of maintenance operations.
- Communication: Interact with other department supervisors and maintain effective communication with the team.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports for equipment, supplies, and materials.
- Technical Skills: Possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience with Microsoft Office.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting.
- Environmental Factors: Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, including 40 degrees Fahrenheit as needed.
- Availability: Available for overtime and on-call as needed.
