Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders.
  • Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Experience in physical therapy, with a focus on rehabilitation and patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
