We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Maynardville. As a RN, you will provide exceptional care to patients/residents with complex diagnoses, leading to enhanced knowledge and skills in various areas. Your expertise will be valued as you work collaboratively with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Establish realistic patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff, supervising their implementation and communicating patient information effectively.
