Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address their goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and/or group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective communication.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress and ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and progress made by students, utilizing industry-standard software and tools.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current Massachusetts state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
