Job Overview

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our core products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume a leadership role in the absence of the CTO and supervise a team of five developers.
  • Develop new features and enhancements to our core products using C#, .NET, and Angular.
  • Perform bug fixes and maintenance on both current and legacy systems.
  • Design, implement, and manage databases using Azure SQL Server.
  • Analyze user needs and develop software solutions using agile methodologies.
  • Prepare detailed analyses, plans, diagrams, and verification procedures for existing and proposed applications.
  • Analyze, review, and revise software to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new procedures.
  • Compile and document procedures used throughout software development and revision.
  • Perform research and analysis required for project proposals, software and systems modifications, and new projects.

Requirements:

  • C#, .NET, SQL, Angular, and Azure are essential skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in programming, web development, system design, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in .NET C# and Angular.
  • Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Search, Azure SQL Databases, and Azure SignalR Service.
  • Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of agile software development and systems analysis principles, computer operations procedures, and programming languages.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000 + onsite benefits
