We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Zenith Ventures. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of project managers, coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards and are delivered to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of project managers and coordinators. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
