ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Support Specialist will be responsible for:

1. Picking up and delivering spare parts to external suppliers and satellite areas.
2. Managing inventory levels, receiving and shipping spare parts, and maintaining accurate records.
3. Creating and updating spreadsheets for inventory purposes using Microsoft Office.
4. Validating driver's licenses and licensed forklift drivers.
5. Knowledgeable of SAP managing software and basic electrical & mechanical knowledge.

Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:

1. Good communication skills (oral and written).
2. Self-starter and self-directed qualities.
3. Organizing skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
5. Ability to create spreadsheets for inventory purposes.
6. Valid driver's license and licensed forklift driver with good driving skills.
7. Knowledge of SAP managing software preferred.
8. Basic electrical & mechanical knowledge for requesting quotes and services.
