Lead a Team to Success at NUCKOLLS

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team at NUCKOLLS. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing 2,000 business clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
  • Research new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
  • Report daily field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
