At Advanced Behavioral Dimensions LLC, we're dedicated to providing exceptional ABA therapy services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in implementing behavior support plans designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Our team is passionate about nurturing individuals and helping them reach their full potential. As an RBT, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients, teaching and guiding them through fundamental skills needed for daily activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting
  • Implementing Behavior Support Plans correctly and as directed by the BCBA
  • Preparing and assisting in the construction of instructional materials
  • Completing clinical data collection and daily administrative work in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborating with team members and participating in in-service training and staff meetings
  • Maintaining confidential health information and completing authorized therapy hours per client

Requirements include:

  • A valid Registered Behavior Technician credential (we can work with you on getting this)
  • A valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
  • Clear criminal background checks
  • Enjoyment working with, caring for, and having fun with children
  • An outgoing and positive attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoyment working as part of a team
  • Desire to build a career working with individuals with disabilities
