We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Paragon Infusion Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and administering ordered therapies in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities- Administer ordered therapies according to prescriber order, facility protocols, INS standards, and company policy and procedures.
- Document all pertinent data in the patient's medical record.
- Evaluate the patient's response to therapy and document this finding in the medical record.
- Educate patients and/or family members regarding therapy plan.
- Participate in the Quality Improvement program.
- Participate in On-Call program, which may include after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls and visitations.
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience with clinical emphasis for nurse practitioner.
- Current, active, valid, and unrestricted NP license to practice as a healthcare professional within the scope of license in applicable state.
- May require extensive travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.
- Minimum of 1 year healthcare experience with IVs strongly preferred.
