Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Medical City Decatur. As a key member of our medical imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality radiologic procedures, following physician orders, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality radiologic procedures, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Follow physician orders and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Practice quality patient care, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
  • Exercise excellent customer service skills, responding to patient needs and concerns.
  • Participate in call/holiday coverage and maintain competencies and current knowledge of procedures.
  • Complete all records and documentation, practicing radiation safety and participating in department initiatives.
Requirements
  • ARRT(R) certification
  • Medical Radiologic Technologist license (TMB)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • One year experience preferred.
