Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients and residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of nutrition care and services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on nutrition-related topics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nutrition and dietetics.
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Food Service, Food and Nutrition, or related field.
- Completion of an accredited or approved supervised practice program.
- Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration or eligible for registration within one year of hire.
- State certification or licensure to meet state-specific laws for practice as a Dietitian or licensure within one year of hire.
