Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Academy Sports + Outdoors. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their shopping experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic mathematical computations and common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
